We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice. The terms and conditions that apply to your purchase, the terms and conditions that exist at the time of your order.

Although we do our best to ensure the information on the webshop is correct, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect pricing, printing errors or spelling errors on the webshop.


At Zendoo you can shop 24 hours a day, and you can order all items that are available on the web shop.

When you order on Zendoo.dk, we will send you an order confirmation. The order confirmation is your proof that we have received your order.

We make reservations for sold out items. For some items, there may be a longer delivery time if we have to wait for material from our suppliers before we can send it to you. But as a starting point, we always strive to ship your goods within 1-2 days.

At zendoo.dk you can pay with the following payment methods:

All prices on the webshop include VAT and in DKK.

Zendoo.dk encrypts all your payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol when paying with a payment card, so you can safely shop on the webshop.

We only deduct the amount when we ship your order.


Your goods will, under normal circumstances, be shipped the same weekday or the weekday after we have received your order and you have received an order confirmation.

In connection with our busy periods, such as Father's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday and Christmas, the delivery time can be extended by a few working days. We point out that GLS does NOT pick up and deliver on public holidays.

All shipments are sent with GLS.

We offer the following delivery methods in Denmark:

  • Pick-up (0, - DKK)
    You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Pick-up takes place at:

  • Package without delivery (39, - DKK)
    The package is delivered to your nearest post office or nearest parcel box.
  • Package with delivery (49, - DKK)
    The package is delivered to your chosen address.
  • Business package (49, - DKK)
    The package is delivered to your workplace.

When we send your package, we will also send a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Always make sure to check your email address and delivery address before approving the order.
Of course, we cannot guarantee that GLS complies with their stated delivery times.


We gladly ship to (almost) the whole world. Shipping costs will appear on your order approval before you pay. As a starting point, shipments are sent abroad by letter (without tracking). If another delivery method is required, this can be agreed by email.


At Zendoo.dk you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. If you regret the purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods and then return to us.

However, the right of return does not include products with personal texts printed or products made to special measurements.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

At Zendoo.dk, we greatly appreciate our customers, and it is important to us that you are satisfied. If this is not the case and the product does not live up to your expectations, you can take advantage of our 30-day return policy. This could be because you have regretted your purchase or there is something wrong with the item.

Once you have placed an order with Zendoo.dk, we will send a return slip together with your order. If you have lost the return slip, send us an email and we will send you a new one. If the product does not live up to your expectations, please fill in the return slip and send it with the item returned. On the return slip, you write your personal information, which items are returned and the reason why the item is returned. In addition, you must write whether you want a replacement or the money back.

The item and return note are sent to Zendoo A.L. Passagen 7, 2.tv., 6000 Kolding, mrk. "Return". If you have any questions, you are of course always welcome to contact us at zendoo@outlook.dk.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them in. You must therefore make sure that the goods are packed properly.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can look at the item in the same way as if you saw it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to get the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

The goods must be sent to us no later than 14 days after you have made use of the right of withdrawal.

The cost of sending the goods to us is borne by the customer. If we have sent the wrong item, we will send a return label that you can use.

We will refund the amount to the payment card used.


The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Key rings with personalized text
  • Pendant with personal print
  • Luggage tags and ID tags
  • Bracelet with personal print
  • Other products with personal print
  • Grips made to special measurements
  • Products that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications


If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned.


A two-year warrenty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you experience that an item is defective, we offer to have the item repaired, exchanged or give the money back / discount in the price. This depends on the individual situation.

We reserve the right to assess the type of compensation that will take effect.

In order to exercise the right of complaint, it is necessary that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board,if the conditions for this are met. The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's address is Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.


In order for you to shop on zendoo.dk we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email-address

The above information will be saved, along with information about which items you have purchased. We store the information for five years, after which the information is deleted.

As several of Zendoo's products contain small parts such as rivets, locks, etc., we advise small children not to get it in their hands, as there is a risk that they will get it in their mouths.


We only use genuine leather, which is derived from animals. The leather is surplus materials from Ecco. Since leather is a natural material, color and appearance may vary. You will be able to experience that the leather can change color, and become softer with time, and the more it is used. You can even care for your leather products with leather grease, to protect it and extend the life of the product.


Our team of enthusiasts work diligently and with perfectionist eyes with every order. We know that it is personal gifts and products that must be sent out the door, and therefore we make an extra effort to have our texts printed as evenly as possible. However, since it is all just handmade, variations in the prints can occur. All our products are of course quality tested before we send them off.
